Delta Chiropractic Center of Lansing

I solely went in the Delta Medical Center for a simple antibiotic for a wisdom tooth that was infected. I left in an ambulance. Why Dr. Schussburger ( sorry if spelled wrong) did a thorough test on me. My blood pressure was 220/130, I should have had a stroke or heart attack. I argued it has been high for a year. But had no insurance so I let it go. He then did an EKG and found abnormalties. I said I didn't believe it, so he ran another. I made a deal if it came back normal I could go home. It came back abnormal. I was taken by ambulance immediately. Today I came home healthier, and more knowledgeable. My heart was fine. But my blood pressure was dangerous. I am now on medication. He saved my life. And refused to let me go home. Knowing I wouldn't do anything about it. I am very grateful. Thanks Doc. And all your wonderful staff. more

HORRIBLE!! Went in for a possible allergic reaction. My knee was swollen and had visible welts on it. Reception staff was unfriendly. Nurse was nice, and was with me more than the Dr. I explained my prob to her, and she said the Dr would be in soon. He came in, pushed on two spots on my knee. I told him one spot hurt but was previously diagnosed tendinitis, and was unrelated to why I was there. He said ok, and left the room. The nurse returned and said I needed x-rays. Okay.....but I went along with it. On the way back to the room I was told to get dressed and the dr would be back shortly. When the Dr came back he told me my x-rays looked great. To which I said ""I know, I am not concerned with that but with the possible allergic reaction."" His response was ""don't worry about that, here take this medication for pain and put ice on your knee for the swelling."" Then he turned around and left the room. IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE WASTE OF MY TIME. I didn't bother to get the Rx filled. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF....3 days later and I am still having issues with the allergic reaction. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! more

Once again, I've had to deal with the staff at the West Saginaw Delta Medical Center. They have the worst customer service skills. I've been to this location several time - always the same person at the window -she is never happy and always rude. I would believe they have had many compliants about her - anyone I've spoken to has told me NOT to go to the West Saginaw office - terrible service. SO last week went to office in DeWitt - they were excellent, very professional, able to answer questions about my new insurance, in and out with my prescription in 30 mins. Would recommend they again and again. more
