Made the whole car buying experience phenomenal! 1/23/2014

I own two Hondas already, and Delray Honda does the servicing for them. When my daughter was ready to buy her own Honda, I had her drive all the way from Jacksonville just to have her buy it at Delray Honda. The sales manager, Chris, was phenomenal. I can honestly say that this man gave us exactly what we asked for. He didn't lie to us or waste our time. Usually I hate going to car lots, but Chris made the whole car buying experience such a good one! My daughter chose the car she wanted. He, then, prepared the all of the paperwork right away. He didn't keep us there all day. You can trust everything that Delray Honda says. They don't just try to make money off of you. They really do their best to make sure you get exactly what you want and that you're completely comfortable with your decision. I would absolutely recommend them. more

A good experience! 1/22/2014

We ended up with Delray Honda because we solicited through Costco the dealers they partnered with. After narrowing the field to the type of car we were looking for from the list of partners, we went to Delray. We went in and spoke with Jim. He was excellent! He explained everything without us having to ask any questions. It was a very easy and straightforward experience. We were very comfortable with the pricing. We didn't feel uncomfortable in any way. We thought it was great to work with a dealership that chose to work with a wholesale company where people are already paying for a membership. It's a great marketing tool, and we liked supporting that endeavor. Kudos to Delray for participating! We've already recommended them! more

I purchased a vehicle from Delray Honda, and the sales guy I worked with, Peter Madera, was awesome! He didn't make me wait like everybody else. I would recommend Peter. He'll take care of you, and he knows what he's talking about. There were no surprises with him, and there was none of the back and forth that everyone hates about shopping for cars. The pricing was fair and competitive. I'm still happy with my car till this day! more

If you're thinking of using Delray Honda, you should go there! Don't waste time anywhere else like I did! Jason Salomon was the sales rep I worked with, and we communicated for a few weeks via email before I went in. He had great customer service skills. Even after I made the purchase, he was very patient with me, showing me how to use some of the controls I needed to understand with the vehicle. He answered all my questions and was very patient. He really went above and beyond! more

I had a little bit of a problem with scratch work done over from another dealer so I went to Delray Honda and explained it to them. They took it in, painted over it and did a really good job. I had no problems with them at all. They're very accommodating over there. Stuart Ensign more

The service department tried to talk me into $5k in repairs that I did not need. I took my 2003 Element here because it overheated. The mechanics told me that the radiator fans were bad and when it overheated, it blew the radiator and head gasket. They told me there was no point in replacing the head gasket because of the age of the car. They said I needed to replace the engine and radiator and fans. I was skeptical about the diagnosis since the overheating was the only problem I had with the car, so I decided to get a second opinion. \r \r Thank god I did. I took it to an independent mechanic who took the engine apart and couldn't find anything wrong with it or the radiator. The only thing I needed replaced were the radiator fans. I had him do that and the car runs great. I've had it back for a week and even drove it to Orlando without a problem. Delray Honda either employs the most incompetent mechanics on the planet or they are cheerfully ripping people off. I would not trust them to diagnose an oil change and will never do business with them again. more
