On the day (May 25th, 2009) I got a ride to back to my room, the change I received from the cab driver included fake $10 bill. I found out right away since I went into Deli to purchase some items with the change. The guy at the cashier immediately found out the bill is for sure fake with the marker.
I made a call to Dejoys Car Service right away and dispatcher was very rude and disappointing. Even I inform about this out of kindness, he responded that ""cab driver won't admit that."" ""there is nothing we can do for you"" and when I asked any other number of their managing office, they said there is no number and while I kept asking a way to talk to manager, dispatcher ended up telling me 'Do you understand English? There is nothing I can do for you.""
I felt extremely disappointed that he didn't understand that he is damaging the brand of Dejoys and losing one frequent customer like myself.
Cons: dispatcher was rude for my report of fake $10 bill
