This company did some work for us. The quote was good, and the salesman was knowledegeable (I think he was the owner). But the people he sent to do the job were unsure of what the job was supposed to be, and rushed through it, complaining about what they were getting paid. The resulting job was mediocre. To his credit, the salesman/owner said he would fix it, and tried to, but sent the same crew. They were unmotivated and did a half-hearted job. We finally gave up and had another contractor come in to bring the job from ""fair"" to ""good."" We told the owner that, and he just said we should have kept calling him to fix it. That may sound good in theory, but not when you have disgruntled workers at your house.
