Great overall experience 4/9/2008

I ordered my dress from Deborah's Bridal in Upland. My dress just came in and I went in for my first fitting over the weekend. The dress was even more beautiful than I remembered. All of the staff has been so helpful. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses last month and should get those soon. We have had a great experience at Deborah's so far and my sister, who is getting married next year is already planning to do everything there as well. Pros: Beautiful dresses and great service more

Beautiful dresses and great sercive!!! 4/3/2008

I went to Deborah's Bridal over the weekend and found my dress!! I have been shopping for a couple of months and after a few bad experiences ended up very discouraged. A friend recommended that I go to Deborah's and my consultant was great. She payed attention to what I was looking for after trying on a few dresses that I picked out she brought me one and I fell in love. I had such a great experience and plan on bringing my girls back this weekend to look for their dresses! I would recommend this store to any bride! Pros: beautiful dresses and great staff Cons: They were very busy but they still managed to give us great individual attention more

Unhelpful and rude 3/15/2008

The staff found us the dress we were looking for, but pretty much left us on our own after that. Worst of all, the owner was very rude and talked down to us. I wouldn't have minded paying such a high markup on a dress if we had been given better customer service. Too bad for them because our bridal party has 10 girls! Pros: better selection of dresses Cons: high markup, terrible customer service, snobby owner more
