I was stranded in Rochester d/t the severe storm in Buffalo. I bought a generator at Debbies there in Rochester for 1149.00 The exact generator was priced at 599.00 at HOME DEPOT...

They actually do have stuff nobody else has 1/29/2009

They're miles away from my part of town; but whenever I need some obscure part or even a normal one, or some service like threading an antique floor lamp part, they were right there with what I needed, ready to go.\r \r Today they were able to provide me with some out-of-the-ordinary flexible tubing that even the big plumbing specialty houses didn't have. more

Reliable supplier with good advice 11/6/2007

This store is a fantastic resource. They generally have what you need on hand at a decent price. In addition, they will likely be able to give you advice on what you need to know. This is always my first stop when tackling any repair project. more

GOT RIPPED OFF 10/21/2006

I was stranded in Rochester d/t the severe storm in Buffalo. I bought a generator at Debbies there in Rochester for 1149.00 The exact generator was priced at 599.00 at HOME DEPOT! I understand they are mom & pop but doubling the price to profit when others are in the midst of a natural disaster is WRONG. I was mortified. I will be pursuing the issue with the Rochester better business bureau. I cant believe they jacked the price up like that.... PROS: None CONS: DO NOT SHOP THERE! more

Huge Selection of hard to find stuff! 11/26/2005

I've been here many times and will continue to visit the store. They always seem to have the odd stuff that other big stores don't carry. The pricing is very reasonable too. I go here very often to have glass or mirror cut. They do it while you wait. more

Amazing selection of hard to find items 11/23/2005

I went here looking for a connector for seperate hot and cold water spickets on an old faucet. I first went to Home Depot and every other home improvement store. They all said to come here. Of course, they had it! If you need a hard to find item, this is the place to go. more
