I am truly impressed by Dean's level of integrity, class, and overall quality. In my opinion, there are few companies out there that go the extra mile in the way that I've experienced with Dean's. \r \r I've worked with them on multiple projects at my current home, as well as a rental property and they have exceeded expectations time in and time out. \r \r A few months ago, I experienced a leak. As soon as I noticed the issue, I called in, and immediately got someone on the phone and within hours a crew was onsite and the problem was solved. \r \r The level of service and overall expertise is much appreciated. Thanks for going the extra mile Dean's!! more

Yuck! Dean's performed a very basic system turn-on back in May and then took 3 months to send an invoice to us. And when they did, they got quite rude about it, handling the whole situation pretty poorly and unprofessionally. I won't be using them again. ""D-"" more

Dean's did an excellent job of installing a new system for us about 4-5 years ago. We have continued to pay a service contrct each year to keep the system running well. We have had a lingering problem with our rain sensor, bot other than that the service is top quality. more

Dean's installed a hardscape, lawn, sprinker system, and a retaining wall. We worked together on the design, they listened to our desires and concerns. They installed everything in good time, and adjusted items when we had concerns or minor alterations. They did a great job and we're very happy with the work they did. Recently Tim came to trouble shoot our sprinkler system and was very courteous and very helpful. more

We are THRILLED with the fantastic job Kim, Nick, & everyone at Dean's Sprinkler did for us. The flagstone patio is particularly beautiful with tree shadows & different morning & evening light on it. The ponds & waterfall are amazing... we had it on last night & could hear the water as we slept! Everything was cleaned up beautifully. It was a pleasure to work with such professionals & artists, & people who take pride in their work (kinda a rarity). more

The way they clean up their work areas before leaving for the day is amazing. I even saw one of the workmen in the lot picking up "our litter" on his way to the dumpster when I was in the North End one morning. Thank you for making our lives easier and THII a better place to live. more

Great work by Dean's crew. I was managing a quick fix n flip residential job and the homeowner decided to re-sod the entire front yard 2 days before the house was going to be listed on the market. In the afternoon I called David from Dean's and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. They did an amazing job, prepped the whole yard, sodded it perfectly & got the whole front lawn looking perfect before the realtor came to take exterior photos. Props to Dean's for doing an amazing job and being willing to accommodate our last minute schedule. more

Highly recommend! Needed a whole yard sprinkler system and front yard re-landscape. Called 4 different companies for quotes. Dean's Sprinkler and Landscaping wasn't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. Went with Dean's due to the great consult (quote); Cooper really listened to what I wanted and respected my budget. They crew arrived at install time and worked extremely hard in the tear out of old landscape, install of new sprinker system and new plantings for front. I had had an old tree taken out by the city and roots were a major pain! They worked to level and grade the yard. The result in my opinion is the best lawn/landscape on the block! I was so impressed, I hired them to redo a backyard deck and stone walk way. That project was also done to great satsification. Dean's will be my go-to company for all future yard needs, including maintanence! more

Excited to find a sprinkler and landscape company. I gave this company a try earlier in the year by hiring them to aerate my yard. This service went fine so I hired them to do my sprinkler blow out. This also went good. Looks like I can finally say that I have a reliable company to do a few of the things that I'm unable to do for my yard. more
