The #1 reason I go to Dean Team is their dedication to service. They plaster their customer service experiences all over the dealership, and I know that they take any negative customer experience and try to make it right. Every time I've ever been there I've had a "10 out of 10" experience and my car is always in better shape than when I left it. more

NO part avaiable when I get to the dealer 2/6/2014

I think ewen a customer is poromised the parts needed for the repair ..& I call the parts departmennt they said they have the part in & when I get to the dealer & after a hour time passes they tell me they put the part on another car the day before my apointment that is not right....I had a 2 hour round trip to the dealership.. It was a rall item this is not the first thing tath had to be fixed on this new car..I have only 11,000 miles . \The people at the the dalership have been pleasent & gave me good serive in the past & wwhere nice to me ... ut the customers time is worth some thing...& i would recomend this dealer to others but there are the problems that i have had with this new car that should not have had.. more

Disappointing customer service 1/28/2014

Car was kept for 4 days to have new tires put on. I had to call on the 3rd to be told the wrong ones were ordered and they'd be ready by 9 AM. Was called at 11:35 when they were ready. I prefer better customer service. more

They told me it would take one hour for my emissions test. They called me from the waiting room in one half hour to tell me it was completed. Also, a few months back it was cold outside and I was having trouble filling my tires. I called and they told me to come in. They filled all my tires and didnt charge me. :) more
