DEACONESS MEDICAL CENTER INCOMPENTENT, LACK OF CARE 1/6/2012

I have went to Deaconess several times and each time have had problems. The hospital ER staff are very incompetant as well as one inparticular physician in the ER. One time the hospital sent me home with a needle in my arm until i had an appointment with the cardiac staff. Second time ER predicted that i was just bruised after a fall and later went to another hospital to find out that i had a concussion and a small fracture. Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane is a joke. It seems to me that when they were bought out for profit the services declined. I will NEVER return to this hospital! I will seek medical assistance elsewhere. more

Top 10 hospital in the nation 11/29/2005

I like this hospital. I haven't been to many but when I was pregnant with my son I got a case of gallstones. And had to go to this hospital 4 times 2 for the stones and 1 to deliver our son and for a surgery of a personal nature, the nurses and staff are knowledgable and nice. If anyone get hurt or needs great medical care come here. I can't say it enough on how I nicely and professionally treated I was here. I hope to work for them one day. more
