I love this vet, Dr. Wendy and the staff are wonderful. They all take the time needed, to get to know our dog and make him feel loved and welcome. A big thank you to the whole staff. more

As opposed to the last comment, I had a very good experience with taking my exotic pet to Dewitt Veterinary Hospital. I have been a long time chinchilla owner and I found the vet and staff were very knowledgable and helpful. I found the cost to be reasonable and very comperable to the other faculities I've gone to. \r I was able to get an appointment within the next day and found the hospital very easy to locate. The veterinarian was very kind and seemed to really care about my pet. I've been to quite a few vets over my lifetime of owning pets and I can honestly say I felt very comfortable with my pets care. They did need to order the medications for my pet as I have found that with exotics that is usually the case. They informed me that its because most all of the medications including over the counter medications come in a strength to large for a chinchilla. The medications need to be compounded into a dose small enough so it is safe for my pet. That requires the use of a outside phar more

I recently moved back to the DeWitt area and was looking for a veterinary clinic to take my pet rat to for a possible upper respiratory infection. When I lived in the Ann Arbor area I always took my rats to Animal Kingdom and had great success.\r \r I called Zeeb's Pet Clinic in DeWitt, my family has been taking our dogs their for years, to see if they would see a pet rat. No-go. But they recommended DeWitt Veterinary Hospital. When I called DVH they couldn't get me in until the next afternoon. I made the appointment and inquired what the visit fee would be. $44 for a check-up.\r \r $44 is more than I have paid in the past for my rats but the other alternative was to drive 30 min to Williamston and pay only slightly less. Thus onward I go to my appointment the following day...\r \r The front office staff was friendly but pretty unfamiliar with rats. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS VET!!! Dr. Wendy is awesome, our pets love going to the vet! Facilities are clean, dog boarding is convenient with wonderful Sunday evening pick up time. Prices are reasonable and appointment times are convenient to working people! The staff is outstanding and have all been there a long time, that tells me they are happy as well!! Max, Sheba & Mocha are happy and healthy because of their wonderful care!!! more

I have used Dewitt Veterinary Hospital a few times to board my dog. They had a nice area and it was clean. I have taken my dog in to get shots there also. They are very nice and attentive. I will continue to use them in the future. I think that their prices are pretty comparable. I would recommend trying them if you are in need of someplace. more

I have had to use the Dewitt Veterinary Hospital once and thought it was pretty good. The people were caring and nice. I like that they will also board your pet. more

We use to always take our pets to DeWitt Veterinary Hospital. They provided us with very good service for all of our pets. They board your pet if you need to leave them. Their prices are very reasonable. more
