Nice work, boots look great 11/3/2010

I needed repairs, new soles, and waterproofing on both an old pair of cowboy boots, and some heavy duty Matterhorn miner's boots. I stopped at Dewitt Shoe Repair to give them a try, and they did a lovely job on both styles of boots in under a week. The next time i need such work done, I'll be heading right back to Dominic Tirinato and his family owned biz. more

Shoddy shoe repair 3/6/2009

Syracusans should support locally-owned business, but this is one to avoid for its dishonesty. The owners charge high prices and do sloppy work...gluing that comes apart, uneven stitching, spray paint marks left on leather. Simple repairs come apart after minimal wear. They didn't even touch one pair of shoes I dropped off and was charged $20 for. more
