Disappointing Experience: For a used car (2009 Toyota Prius) experience--purchased in November. Issue 1) Hidden Fees: Tried to attach almost $2,000 in ‘accessories’ and additional fees. Obviously some are explainable and necessary (sales tax, etc) and others negotiable. However, still had to pay $200 for Nitrogen Tire air fills which are supposed to help air in tires last longer…side note: 2 weeks after purchase my check pressure light went off for the tire pressure. Document Fees: The temporary registration expired after a month in the very beginning of December. Dealership did not receive my registration until right before New Years. I live over 2 hours away from the dealership and asked for the registration to be mailed but was told that mailing had been slow and to ask car salesman to see if it could be sent in expedite mail. Salesman was unresponsive and after 2 weeks I contacted dealership directly again and registration was sent out. Issue 2) Car Light: The car headlight turned on for the test drive. However was pulled over because one of the lights was out a week after purchase. Turns out it was an old light. The light came on for about a minute after the car started before turning off. These are expensive bulbs to replace (over $120)-- both for the part and due to the location on the passenger side require a mechanic to replace. Light over the license plate was also out. Issue 3) Inspection Quality:One of the questions I asked the salesman, Andre, during the test drive was about what inspection the car went through and if it was up to date. Was told that cars underwent inspection and checked and all was up to date. Trusted the salesmans answer being from a dealership. Reality: The car inspection expired in October. The test drive took place in November. Test drive took place in car with expired sticker. Inspection: Took the car to get inspected due to expired sticker and accrued $650 in costs to pass which were noted by mechanic more

The experience DCH provided to me while I was purchasing a car was bar none. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed even though they were about to close and were packed with other customers. As soon as they were able to Armando immediately came over and started to take care of me, he asked me what car I was there to see and grabbed the keys and took me for a look. We took a test drive and returned to the dealership to talk about purchasing. At this time it was already an hour after they closed but I never felt rushed, everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. Small issues kept arising as it was late Saturday night and everything was closed but the staff just helped navigate these obstacles. In the end I was able to purchase my vehicle at 10pm on Saturday night with the help of the staff who had not complained or even seemed agitated once. Typically when you walk into buy a car, especially a used one, you're hounded and rushed, only being treated as a purchase. At DCH that simply wasn't the case, they took the time to talk to me on a personal level, even after hours of dealing with me and paperwork still offering me personal advice and even saying the purchase was up to me and I could think about it and come back or not. The experience as well as the staff was bar none amazing and I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a car at least stop by. more

I bought an accord from them in September 2017, and I am not happy at all at the way they handled the transaction. They gave me one low price on line and when I went to buy the car, they added so many things and made the price exorbitant. I was dismayed. more

I placed a call to DCH Honda as I was in the market for a Honda Civic, but I was very specific about the Trim and Color I was looking for. I had previously tried to look for this in Opeb Road Honda and experienced a very bad response from them, filled with incompetence and attitude. But after calling DCH , Lisa called me back the very next day, asked for me to put a small refundable deposit, and quickly located this specific but hard to find trim/color. The very next day it was in their dealership ! I went over next day and working an hour finished all the paperwork, made the purchase and was good to go. I got a good and reasonable price from them compared to MSRP. Overall I loved that it was quick hassle free and convenient. The salesman Khalil was extremely professional, kind and humble. I am leaving this feedback primarily because of him, good luck to him. more

I immediately received a concrete price on the car I wanted which eliminated the battle over price and payments. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Eric Tam from DCH Academy Honda took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Everyone hates going to dealership to buy a new/used car. But this dealership is different they will give you a very good price for the vehicle you want, they will actually match/beat the price of other competitors. The staff is very friendly and we do all that is possible to find you the vehicle you are looking for. I was out with a new car in about 4 hours. I will be going back to them. more

I can't say enough about this dealership. My husband and I were welcomed into this dealership almost as if we were family after walking out of a previous dealership completely upset and disillusioned. Jason Sepulveda has a humorous and compassionate way about him. He worked with us and our needs until it all clicked together. He made it all work out without once making us feel uncomfortable. He got me into a beautiful Honda Pilot Touring, and I just could not be happier. Gerry was outstanding at getting all of the numbers to work out for us and also a joy to work with.
