Service Dept. and Service Cashier are so FANTASTIC 5/12/2015

I had to have brakes and I was going to rent a car. Doug(service dept.)told me to hold on for a minute. He said that I was a loyal customer and he got me a loner and said I did not have to put gas in it but I did. Let's hear it for Doug. I felt like royalty for a minute. Thanks again to Doug!! He's a keeper along with Elizabeth. more

They listened to the problem I had! 5/5/2015

The mechanic listened to what I told him was happening and then followed up on it. It required him having conversations with California to solve what I felt was a problem.( had a Kia and it developed steering problems and it had to be a major issue cause I did not g paper work on it! ) nice to know people car! more
