Everyone passes the buck when you ask a question. Waited four and half hours to get a scheduled recall part placed in my car. New car salesman husstle you to trade in vechile for new car. Horrible experience and coffee was ice cold to boot. more

ALTERNATOR & VALVE COVER GASKET recall 10/2/2015

I received great service. went to the service area they took my vehicle back then 30 min. later they came to tell me that they had ran out of the gasket and had to keep the vehicle. very good I said they set me up with a loaner called the next day the problem was fixed. I later opened the hood to check the job only to notice that they DIDN'T replace the oil dipstick ....going back tomorrow and find out where it is.....the service was good at that Daytona but would not recommend the Leesburg store BAD more

EXCELLENT SERVICE; PRICE TOO HIGH 9/29/2015

I GOT WARRANTY SERVICE ON MY SANTA FE LAST WEEK. DONE VERY WELL AND FULLY COVERED. ALSO GOT AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. ACCORDING TO THE COUPON I SUBMITTED PRIOR TO SERVICING, THE COST OF THE OIL CHANGE INCLUDING THE TIRE ROTATION WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT $22. iI PAID $42 WHICH WAS AFTER A 10.50 DISCOUNT. NOT SURE WHY THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. more

Too many people scheduled at the same time. I was 30 minutes early for my 9:00 appt and it still took 9o miutes to get done. more

I had a question on a previous bill and Elizabeth got right on it. She really amazes me for a female in that field. She knows her JOB and I tell her she's my SHERO. I know when I bring my car in for service I know Elizabeth will make sure that every thing will be taken care off at that time. I love her. You just can not trust anyone with your car which is your means of transportation. I am so glad that Elizabeth is on your team. more

I have told you before I have been buying, selling and detailing cars here in Daytona for 65 years with all kinds of service people. Some good some not so good. I am not like the average person I just expect what you advertise. I drive only a few thousand miles a year and only get service a few times a year plus recalls. more
