You need to be prepared to be overwhelmed here and have something in mind before you go. They have many different vendors set up here. They are divided by the brands not by category. You are able to buy the floor models here and I am not sure about the negotiating, however, I cannot imagine that they do not have the power to negotiate. There are plenty of salespeople who will walk you through this "mall". We went looking for patio furniture and what we found was a fairly small selection and it was pretty pricey to be a direct connection. Chris found the exact leather couch he wanted but it was the floor model and was sold already. Worth a trip to look for your furniture needs.
