I don't know what everyone's griping about. I am a bit of a clean freak and I thought our room was fine. The bedding and carpets were clean. The pool was clean and clear, my kids had a blast in it. It's a great budget motel and I would stay again. more

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Louisville, which is at least three to four times a year. We love that the nightly pet fee is so minute and that there is a kitchenette in every room. The king beds are always in good shape, even though the mattresses are a little firm for my liking. I still have a good night's sleep there, though. The free breakfast every morning is always fresh and hot. It's one of our favorite parts of this hotel! The staff has always been nothing but friendly and appreciative of our business. It's the perfect location for things in downtown Louisville without actually being downtown. It's also the perfect distance from the Mall St. Matthews, which is a hot spot for us when we're there. Honestly, we had to stay at a Hilton for a few days and we hated it. We were so glad to get out of that Hilton and into this Quality. The value just wasn't there at the Hilton. We look forward to our next weekend getaway with you! more

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Lawton. It's a good value. Rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. We got a roll a way bed for my little one this time and it was perfect for him. We will stay here again on our next visit to Lawton. more

Standard room. Clean. I travel with small children that have special diets for \r medical reasons. I cook food to reheat during our trip for them. So I booked the room \r specifically for having a mini-fridge and microwave. I called directly to the hotel \r to book the reservation so I could confirm our room would have these. Get there and no microwave. The employee was nice, but not able to help. She was only \r able to confirm that my reservation did say I reserved a room with both of these \r things. I would not have booked the room if I had not been guranteed our needs were met. We had to go purchase a small microwave to use for our stay.\r \r Housekeeping was amazing. I had a baby sleeping while they were making the \r rounds so I asked them just to leave clean towels. Later when we were out of the room they took the time to come back and clean. It was very appreciated. more

The staff was great, friendly and helpful they gave me a map and told me about all the restaurants in town. I was there to see my daughter and it is very convenient to Ft. Sill. the bathroom was clean. Great value for the money. more

Jeez, not a lot to say. Good for the price, neighborhood-esque bar downstairs ( full of regulars too, that says a lot about many things ... price, safety/security, quality ), I don't remember the breakfast but that usually means above average (if it was a trainwreck, ... I'd remember.).\r Quiet. Older room, a little smoothness type of wear on all surfaces; box tv; but hey. Want a really fancy room? Well then, go pay 3x the money. \r \r Worked good for me, thanks! more

We were pleased with this hotel. There was a noticable attempt to spruce up the rooms. The carpet was clean. Breakfast was good and very reasonable. Very attentive dining room staff. more

The lady at the front desk was very upbeat and friendly. The check in process was quick and easy. Our room was clean but a little stale smelling. Once we turned the AC on it was fine. The beds were very comfortable and I slept very well. The shower pressure was awesome and the shower head can be adjusted to massage which was very nice after traveling all day. I felt very safe. My husband and I went to the bar to have a couple of drinks and bartender Kayla was so friendly, Make sure to stop by the bar and see her. It's very quiet and low key, plus they have a patio area. AMAZING! more

employees we helpful and always kind. the room was nice. We had everything we needed. Parking was close to our room. The air conditioning was a big plus and so was the pool. location of hotel was the best. Right off the highway, very easy to get to. more

My husband and I were in Lawton for son's graduation (Honor Graduate) from basic training. We booked the hotel because of the location and price. Then I read the reviews and worried about what I would find. I would definitely return to this hotel if ever in the area again. We stayed in Room 209 and it was clean (I checked everything out) and quiet. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever. more
