Warranty Performance 7/16/2013

Just wanted to put in a good word for Day's Collision on the recent warranty work they did for me....I can't talk highly enough about the professionalism and customer care exhibited with my need especially given the fact that the warranty coverage was still about 5 years old. They completely stood behind their work and even threw in a little extra on my hood at no extra charge. I was extremely pleased with the outcome since the re-finishing work was every bit as good as the original work. Jeff and his crew there were the consummate professionals and I would come back in a heartbeat as well as HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. It was so refreshing to deal with a family-owned company that took pride in their work and highly valued their reputation in the local marketplace and community. You cannot go wrong with Day's Collision....excellent people with excellent service and pride in a job well done! more

best service possible treated with respect and courtsey 7/10/2012

I had my car repaired here last year after an accident on the recommedation of my insurace company. Received great service and an excellant job. Took my car back last month for a full detail job and I am very very pleased with the job they did. Treated with respect and courtsey which is not always the case in a woman alone dealing auto companies. Very impressed with cleaniness of office and shop. While it is not relevent to car repair, the bathrooms where immaculate!! That says a lot about the place!! and the people running it. Great family feeling. more

Great Repair Experience 3/12/2012

Day's did a great job on my car. Several years ago they fixed my Sentra when I got in a pretty bad accident. I came back when I scratched my bumper. You couldn't even tell my car was ever damaged! They even noticed i needed an oil change, and suggested one to me. Their prices were fair for my mechanical stuff, so i may be back. A++ repair place! more

I have taken my car to Day's for service and have only good work, a welcome feeling and a good job with a fair price. You know you are in good hands, that you are treated with respect and a job well done. They stand behind their service and product. You feel like family is taking care of you. Awesome collision repair on my 2010 Genesis, nicest, honest people in town. 2/4/2012

My mean green Genesis came into Days almost totalled, as I thought. But the great service department made it brand new again, no one would ever know it was damaged. Would recommend to anyone with body or mechanical auto problems, plus they're all nice to you...what's up with that, who's nice anymore? more

We went to Days Collision because we had damage to our car door. It was hit in a parking lot, and it looked like a shopping cart was shoved into it. We had no idea who did it, so it fell into our collision coverage, but it was more than the deductible. We went to Days before and were happy with the work, and they did an excellent job this time too. more

I have been recommending Queen Pam and her entire family at Days Collision for years! I have grown with this company and I think they are outstanding! First of all, the whole family is in the shop, so when you first walk in you're greeted by friendly faces from every direction. I first had my car fixed by their son, and he kept on it until he fixed it. They have great policies and warranties covering the repairs and painting they do. This is a great shop to go to! more

Customer for over 15 years! They're excellent! 10/21/2011

I've been using Day's Collision, Painting & Repair, Inc. at their first place on Georgia Avenue, and I saw them place to place. They're excellent. They've probably taken care of four accidents for me. Day's Collision took care of my last car, which was an Infiniti. They're wonderful, and I would go to Ralph at Day's Collision! I've been a customer of Day's Collision for over fifteen years. Don't go anywhere else because you'll be sorry! They're worth every minute. They sometimes take a little longer, but it's because they're perfectionists. Day's Collision, Painting & Repair lets me know what's going on! Stephanie Schriefer more

Ripped my niece off! 8/19/2011

Niece got in an accedent and police called these guys to tow her car. They charged her over $211 for a tow and three days storage. It happened on 17th and car picked up on 19th. Now you tell me how many days that is... But they charged her for 3 days @ $20 a day? So then over $150 for 3 mile tow with all the admin fees? I am waiting for the state to call me back at this time to file a formal complaint. They refused to let me pay by CC, cash only because they had to many people contest their fees in the past. That should tell you something about them right there! Beware of these guys! more
