Daycare Grooming

I have recently started taking my yorky (Cup Cake) and 12 year old cat (Miss Priss) to Daycare Grooming and not once have I been dis-satisfied with their work. The helps you with your baby from start to finish. As soon as you walk in the door they started taking care of my babies! They all different assortments of cuts from summer cut to cocker cut. They give my babies treats when they are finished and they smell wonderful for weeks after the grooming. I cant help but tip whenever I leave. I am treated so respectfully, and I counldt ask for better service. I recommend this shop to ANYONE who loves their baby and great service every time. Shyler H. more

I have been taking my pets to daycare grooming for years and im always satisfied with the service and friendly staff. I have two boxers and a cat most grooming shops don't even do cats. i like the fact that i can bring them wen ever i want i don't ever need an appointment and if i need them out fast i get them. one time I broke my leg and the staff would come out to my car and take my pets. I love the way when they call me they tell me my babies are ready because thats what they are there my babies they also get a treat every time i pick them up more

My dog does not like to be handled, yet the owner here was able to keep her much calmer than usual,.. I stuck around a bit to make sure my furry pal would be fine, and she was,... I can only see someone having a problem with this place, and the owner, if they are not agreeable people themselves,... The only day I had a slightly unsettling time was a day when some woman was freaking out; yelling, being rude for no reason, etc. That may have been the day this Shannon was there, but I'm not sure,... As a matter of fact, my baby girl is cuddling up with me right now, and as I bury my nose in her, I can still smell the sweetness she has as an aroma after she leaves Daycare, and it's been about a week!!! go there,.. it is good,... more

The owner has no customer skills. He roughly handled my dog as I started to hand my dog to him. I got my dog back and left. In the process, he and his helper verbally assaulted me. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. It is not a pet friendly or customer friendly business. Be forewarned. more

Well she loved the grooming what she was complaining about was that she called and asked one of the employees that work there if they take credit cards and he said yes when she came to pick up her dogs she cave him the credit card and he swiped the card the machine did not take the card so he asked the owner why is it not taking the card it was a discovery card they told her that they did not take discovery cards so she gave him another card that was a visa they swiped it it was expired and she was freaked out that it was expired.So she gave them a 3rd credit card as in another visa and it was declined,so she had no money and her check book was in her car but she was driving a rental car,and she was upset cause she had no money!She asked the owner what does she do in this situation he said that they will keep the dogs over night but she didn't want the dogs to stay over night so she said that she was not going to leave the shop and for him to call the cops.Also she cussed out one of the employees so he told the owner and the owner told the employee to go out side and he will handle it.Well anyways she said that she was going to stay over night well he said he was to but he needed his $60.00.She wanted her dogs for free and he told her that nothing in this is free and were are they giving stuff out for free so he can stand in line.She cussed out hte owner and he almost called the cops on her.She told him that she was never going there again and he told her thats fine cause he needed people with money.She said she had a lot of money and he said that if she had a lot of money she would not be in this situation.(she had 3 credit card no money no cash no checks and if she wrought a check it would have bounced.also she had no wedding ring she he knew she was not married!!!)So she called her husband 10-15 times and not once did she here her asked him for money but the reason that she was calling her husband was to tell him that they were being mean and rude to her when she was being rude to them.She asked what can she do to take her dogs he said give me your cell phone she said O NO that her cell phone was MORE IMPORTANT THEN HER DOGS!!!! that she can come and get her dogs the next morning and that the open at 8:00AM. she showed up a 1:30 with another credit card that went threw and she got her dogs remember she said that she was never going to take her dogs there ever again.Also she was wearing the same clothes for two days in a row.He knew that a lady of her age would not lie because lying is for kids not for adults.He will be letting other groomers deal with her.On Sunday they do go to church that is why they are closed because they do not work on the LORD'S DAY!!!!The owner does not discriminate like she does..And we will all pray for her!!........to get the demon out of her......................GOD BLESS U more

This man should not be handling animals. I warn you NOT to take your pets there. 713-725-6221...call me if you want to hear an AWFUL story about this man. He needs your prayers...but most of all, he should not be in the grooming business. His shop violates codes. It is crowded and unsanitary. Go next door to Pet connection. They are amazing! more

NEVER take your pets here. READ MY STORY! When I dropped my precious and expensive Bichon and Maltese off, I asked them if they took Discover card as payment and they said "yes". So when I came to pick my babies up, they declined my Discover card saying that they "don't" take the card and that I would not get my (2) dogs until I paid them. I was treated so rudely by this mexican guy that works there - I think he is the owner. He had the rudest, foul mouth on him and treated me hatefully. So anyway... I had no other form of payment on me and I was afraid to leave and go home to get my checks or some cash for fear that he would shut the doors and leave my dogs with no food or water. He was so rude to me and so hateful treating me with zero patience and no compassion. He threatened me by saying I had to hand over my cell phone to him and then I could take the dogs. I explained that my cell was my only form of communication ...so he opted to take my paycheck for ransom until the next morning. I was NOT leaving there without my dogs. This man is Crazy. I would never expect someone who deals with people and their beloved pets to treat someone this way...ZERO COMPASSION. I would have left to get my checks, however, he was so crazy and foulmouthed, rude and insensitive, that I couldn't dare to think to leave my babies with that guy. He's a dirty Mexican and is working in America. He needs to learn the Texas way and more importantly the American way. KINDNESS and COMPASSION. I pray for this man. more

We have been taking our three Cocker Spaniel's to Daycare Grooming since 2001, after using the grooming services at the big chain pet stores for years. They are "very" reasonable with their rates, and best of all they have never turned our business away even when they were very busy. Our dogs come back home beautifully groomed and smelling wonderful. more
