I used their website to order an arrangement for my Aunt who lives in Willimantic, and specified that they contact her to set up a delivery time.\r
My Aunt was never called or contacted, and did not know that\r
the flowers had been delivered and left outside.\r
When she found them, 3 days later on her doorstep (by an entrance she doesn't use), the vase had been blown over, and the flowers were without water.\r
When I contacted Dawsons, they were sympathetic, but only offered store credit for less than the full amount I payed. I will not use them again.
