Davies, Thomas, Dds - Dental Emergency Ctr

In all honesty I have never been treated so poorly by a dental office. I was ""dismissed"" from their office 2 years ago after receiving crowns and other dental services for questioning their treatment plan. Less than two years later when one of their crowns broke I went back to have it replaced and they refused to replace unless I paid nearly what I paid less than 2 years ago. They refused to let me speak directly with Dr. Davies (after saying they would) and when I called to follow up, they hung up on and me and then threatened to call the police if I called them again! I have never in my life been treated like this. To find out Dr. Davies has been sued at least twice in court, there have been 9 complaints made with the BBB and their office has never responded to any of those complaints. You can make your own decision. On the outside they look like a nice office but on the inside it is a completely and sadly a different story. more

I enjoyed my visit after having a bad experience at the dentist before. They walked me through my process and reassured me of my needs and how they could meet them. I am so scared when it comes to the dentist but they were so welcoming and nice that it made my visit simple. I want to go back and I am not worried. Pros: welcoming, helpful, and very patient more

Dr. Davies, Dawn the hygienist, and the rest of the staff at ""Open 7 Days"" Dental are a great and friendly team of professionals. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else when it comes to my pearly whites! more

I am usually a nervous wreck when it comes to going to dentists, hence why I hadn't gone in a few years. I had to go the a dentist this time because a piece of my molar tooth broke off during flossing. I didn't want it to get infected and extracted, so I started my search for a dentist available outside my work hours and great with nervous patients. During my first visit to the office, I was very nervous, I actually was shaking. After talking to the dentists and staff, they were very understanding and warm. I then again came back for a second appointment, for a root canal and crown. I was very anxious....so anxious that I almost forgot my purse in my car! But during the appointment, the dentists and staff that worked on me provided great distractions and powerful numbing agents....hehehe. I was there a while because of the work that I needed, so they even got me laughing and got me to really relax. They were also very gentle and careful and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I am going to be coming here from now on. Overall, I had a very good experience at this dental office. Dentists and hygienists and staff all treat their patients with kindness and professionalism. They explain everything and are very patient. It's just a really nice dentist office to go to. more
