Terrible service. You can't reach anyone there via telephone for an appointment or alterations or even a basic question. And when you do go down to the store there are too many appointments booked for the same times and very long lines and slow service. I would visit a different store. more

I was a little nervous when i got there but then i meet my consultant Yram he was amazing!!!! he listened to what i was looking for and he took his time i didn't feel rushed he even showed me some ideas that would work for the dress He was fun,polite and because of him i found my dream dress thank you Yram!!!! more

I was hesitant to go here thinking it was going to be crappy but I actually ended up finding an amazing dress. My consultant Yram was amazing. Try to get him if you can. He picked a dress for me that I never would have pulled off the rack and I absolutely loved it. He was fun, had a great eye and definitely wasn't pushy. Far exceeded my expectations. more

I had an amazing consultant, she picked out dresses for me, and let me go and pick out my own. She was very nice, professional and friendly. No one was concerned with making a sale, in fact she never brought up my buying the dress that day, she told me to go home and look at the pictures :) My mom and I really had a great time and I am so excited to buy my dress from them soon! more

The sales person that was assigned to me (Lisa) took a look at me and pointed to a small rack of dresses and said ""There, those are the ones that will fit someone like you"" and turned around. When I asked her about the catalog and the dresses on it, she said ""The store inventory availability is limited for people of your size so you can try dresses on but if I were you, I wouldn't expect them to zip up"". How rude!!! Mind you, I'm a regular size 12-14 so I'm no whale but she made me feel like the biggest person she'd ever seen! I immediately decided to leave and as I walked out, I saw the manager and told her what had transpired and she just shrugged! Incredible! I guess that when it comes to wedding dresses, you really do get what you pay for. If you're looking for a cheap dress and don't mind being sneered at by some petty sales attendant nor going through racks of dresses by yourself, then go ahead but you've been warned! When I went to my junior prom, I found the dress of my dreams at David's for under $100. I loved the dress sooo much that I still have it! Everything about it was perfect- the fit, the price, the style...it was the total package! So when it came time to find my wedding gown, it only made sense to take a drive to Altamonte and try my luck again. My bridesmaids and I went on a Saturday, so naturally, it was a bit busy. But our consultant Melanie was absolutely amazing! She took the time to understand my personality, my needs, my budget, my crazy bridesmaids, and ultimately to find the dress that was made for me! There was absolutely no pressure, I wasn't rushed in and out of bridal suite 24, and I can't wait to go back and get the flower girl dresses! For those who did not have a good experience, they either had a crappy consultant or they are far too high maintenance! So just go in with a positive attitude and ask for Melanie!!!! Pros: Everything! Cons: Nothing! more

I have been to this shop twice, both times with appointments. The first time my attendant/sales girl obviously had too many girls and was constantly rushing from one to the other, forgetting what we needed or who we were. She was very helpful when she was around, which was not often. The second time, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to have a dressing room even though I had an appointment, and then I was stuck in a small one meant for bridesmaids, so there was no room for the wedding gowns inside. The sales girl was not around when I needed her, and when she was, she was rude. \r \r David's bridal has great dresses and prices, so I give this place two stars. Ok so there are lots of reasons to avoid this particular store here are a few of the worst. For one an employee actually had the audacity to comment on my size she sugar coated it but she may as well have said I was fat! I told her I would be going down a couple of dress sizes as I have been doing Weight Watchers and have lost 60 pds. She commented that it has been her experience that the weight does not get lost!!! What a downer she made me cry and did it in front of my family. She said I needed a 22 dress because I was heavier than her and I walked out with a 12 so she also proved she has no knowledge of the field.\r Next when I complained to mgmt. I got a half hearted apology and the girl still works there. Another customer on the same day also complained about her! What is going on here?\r Then I was challenged by an employee regarding a dress price. She had to be forced to get mgmt. who confirmed that the price I said was indeed correct. Nothing like arguing with an employee regarding your happy day let alone arguing and being insulted!\r I have not been compensated in any way and when I asked for some type of courtesy I was denied and rudely so!! I am 3weeks away from getting married and every time I have to walk in this place I am in fear of being treated badly again!! Worst service ever. I do not reccomend this establishment unless you wish to be disappointed as I have and insulted as I have. I am appalled and even a bit crushed! \r \r P.S. after 2 weeks of calls to both the district and regional mgr. who's machine says you will get a callback in 24 hrs. NOTHING absolutely NOTHING WAY TO GO ON THE BAD SERVICE all the way up the ladder. Training is badly needed here!!!!!! Bad habits are being created from the top all the way to the sales floor.
