I was told that I needed an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses when I called them. So I made an appointment and drove down there. When I get there I was told that I dont need an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses, that its only for wedding dresses. So I said well I'll let my friend (who was getting married) have my appointment. After all I had made the special trip at the inconvient time (it was all they had) and I was a little annoyed over being flat out lied to on the phone. So someone was going to use that appointment.\r
The woman made such a fuss over it. She interrogated my friend about where her ring was (being sized) and why she just didn't make an appointment herself (because she wasn't planning on trying on dresses in the first place). So after all the fuss, she finally let her pick out some dresses to try on. I have since been to other David's Bridal's so I know that the salesperson pretty much sticks to you to help and answer any questions. Our person disappeared - literally. They just left her in the dress. I went to find her and couldn't. So I started to help her out of the dress. \r
The first woman comes storming over, screaming how we arent supposed to do that, that someone has to help her. Well.. if someone would help us...\r
So finally we try on the second dress and again we are left for about half an hour in that dress. I helped her out of the second one too after we had enough. No one said anything because no one was around to help. I would visit another location. I would not visit this location in Milpitas because of the bad customer service.
Pros: large selection in various sizes
Cons: customer service was the worst, horrible screaming woman
