I highly recommend him and his son ( they work together), or in fact all the doctor's there are qualified in their profession and I totally trust in their opinion when it comes to my eyes. They are top notch in what they do. The staff is super courteous and friendly, you feel right at ease in their office (unlike many other medical offices that I've been to, that made me feel awkward and quite uncomfortable.) It's quite an impressive and spacious office with about 20 or so on staff, and my experience in meeting most of them has been excellent and I give them 5 stars in their manners and professionalism (and trust me, i'm a tough critic). \r
And the decor of their office is absolutely lovely. From the furniture right down to the staff's uniforms are quite impressive and pleasant to the eye ( no pun intended).\r
It gets a bit confusing though, when trying to find your way around their office. Once they call your name and you enter through the door, you enter a whole different scene of the office (CON: There's yet another waiting section of the office. PRO: There's a TV, and reading material during your wait) At the end of my first visit, I realized that I had made a full complete circle around their office (if your not familiar with their office, you'll feel like your in a maze, but nothing to cause a negative experience in your overall visit there.) It was quite convenient as well that there was an optical department connected to their office, which i also highly recommend but it seems they are short-staffed ( only 1-2 staff) available to assist you so there is bound to be a queue in line. But once it's your turn, they give you their undivided attention. I love that !! Overall I'd give them a 9.9. The only thing that I find a flaw in is the wait time.. Don't schedule an appointment if you are pressed for time and need to be somewhere else in a hurry, or you will wind up very angry and irritable, as well as being late to your other engagement.Personally I would recomment scheduling on a day where it's my day off or don't have any other set appointments on my agenda. Aside from that, once you are seen by the Doctor and meet the rest of his staff, you will find it definitely worth the wait !! \r
I can't emphasize that enough. The plus side, there is good spacious parking, especially in their underground parking structure. I may also comment that the building the office is in is quite professional looking, EXCEPT their elevators. They only have 2, but they are ridiculously slow. You could literally take a nap and even find time to buy a snack while you wait for the elevator to reach your floor (and there are ONLY 3 FLOORS!! You'd think it was making it's way through 10!).
Pros: Doctor's expertise, wonderful staff, comfortable environment
Cons: Elevators in their building, wait time
