David is a good friend of mine and my go-to stylist. He does exactly what I want and does not rush through it like most stylist. I enjoy his staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. The location of his shop is outstanding, he is right in the heart of Raleigh. I have recommended many of my friends and associates to his business because he is a dedicated stylist and will take very good care of you! There is never a wait as long as you are on time for your appointment, don't waste any time, call David! more

Best in town... 10/25/2011

I like David a lot, after my first appointment with him we discussed how I like my hair, style, and everything, and ever since I can make an appointment, walk in, and relax because he already knows what he is doing. David does remind me change is good, and makes suggestions for me based on my likes and dislikes. I really recommend David to anyone, he is very good, not overly talkative, but a good conversationalist. I do not know about the rest of the staff, but they are all very friendly and welcoming. more

New to Raleigh 9/8/2011

When I moved to the city, it was a struggle to find someone who could give me a decent haircut, I heard about David Wade Salon from a friend, and gave it a try. Every time I leave, I love my haircut. I also love that his haircuts look good for a really long time. As a result, I only have to get my hair cut about every 6 weeks. If that isn't enough to convince you to make an appointment with David Wade, I should also mention he is a great person to talk to. He gave me some great suggestions on some great restaurants in the area since I was new to the area, and it really paid off. more

Self-esteem booster 8/29/2011

I was referred to David Wade Salon by my sister, and who better to schedule a hair cut with then David...the salon itself is so fun to go to, great atmosphere, and fun people. David did a wonderful job on my hair cut, my hair is thick and curly and tends to grow in different lengths, by the end of our session I was so impressed, and walked out of the salon with style. He also gave me some great tips on how to keep my style fresh... more

David Wade, You ROCK!!! I've been going to David Wade Salon for 2 years or more now. Going here is always a treat. David really personalizes your cut and styles with your lifestyle, face shape, and your hair texture in mind. David Wade Salon really cares about their costumers, keeps up with them and makes getting a hair-do incredibly relaxing. Keep it up! more

Forever loyal... 6/9/2011

I do not really like getting my haircut. It can be an uncomfortable if you have someone overly nice or not nice at all. I am also picky about my haircuts because I have had a lot of bad ones but this place is great. I plan to be a loyal customer to David Wade and his salon. They are very friendly and skilled, love the atmosphere, and prices are very reasonable for the quality. more

Coming back!!! 5/30/2011

David is simply the best. I'm coming back as often as I can. Love love love how shiny my hair is after the brazilian treatment. David gave me the perfect haircut for my bone structure. He added shape, volume and movement... the simple details that changes nice hair to stunning gorgeous hair. Coming back for highlights when I have time. It doesn't hurt either that he's got the most sparkly sunshiny sweet personality. Love David, David Wade Salon, and my new cut. more

I cannot say enough good things about David Wade! I now refuse to let anyone else do anything to my hair except for him. David is amazing! What can I say? This is the first time I've ventured away from my stylist of 10 years...yes, 10 years. Felt like a needed a new style and my girlfriend, Melissa, recommended this place. Great find. I told David exactly what I was looking for, my job requirements for a professional look, but something that can still be fun. And the fact that the gray hairs needed some taming. He nailed it ,color and cut! David is a genius. No kidding. Love the new "do"! more

Good Experience! 5/23/2011

I scheduled an appointment with David Wade on the day of my graduation party this year. He was on time, professional, and did a great job with my hair. I received a lot of compliments at the party, so mission accomplished! The salon is easy to find and I like the interior. The salon colors and floor make the salon bright and fun. It was also very clean. I had a good experience and would recommend it to my friends and family. more

New to Town 5/19/2011

One of life's problems solved - Go to David Wade. He does magic with his scissors. I went to him for help with my heavy, thick, coarse, style-less hair and left the salon with pep in my step; life just got a little easier. New to town, I needed a new stylist. I decided to try David out after reading awesome reviews about him. I explained that I was incompetent in styling my own hair and he gave my hair style, shape and new life without any need to fuss with it. I'm terribly lazy with my hair and my cut has been great - about as wash and go as it gets. Oh, and David has a relaxed personality, he is a pleasure to chat with while he does his magic. Salon has a great location. Convenient and has great light, very comfortable. Staff is good. more

Laid back salon... 5/19/2011

Best haircut experience I have had in Raleigh!!! I was able to get an appointment quickly and David Wade was fantastic...fun, laid back, and incredibly talented. He was able to take too-long, neglected uneven curly hair and transform it into a real style. And bonus, the salon is also laid back, fun and no drama (at least none that I detected!!). They are not just hair stylists...they are hair therapists! more

I went to David Wade Salon looking for a new look for the spring/summer, I had David Wade as my stylist (so exciting). He did such a wonderful job, he gave me a shorter look (my 1 year-old that loves tugging on my long locks), and highlights that are going to rock this year! I really like David, I have regular appointments with him every 4-6 weeks, my wife recommended him. He is so easy going, he has a great staff, and there is no pressure in conversating about things I know nothing about. I recommend going to David because he has always given me a great hair cut, and the staff and surroundings are so pleasant and calm, not like other dramatizing hair salons. more

Kid-friendly 4/14/2011

I took my son to David Wade Salon last week for a hair cut, and I have to say he did a wonderful job. Not only did they do a good job cutting his hair, but the staff and David were awesome in dealing with him. Thank you so much David! more
