Recently, my husband and I decided to sell our home and upsize due to a growing family. We have purchased and sold 3 other other properties that were our primary residences. One of these was in another state in a city about the same size as Rochester. The other two were in the Pittsford / Perinton area. We are both professionals and consider ourselves savvy with regard to choosing a qualified realtor to represent our best interests. David Rose was referred to us by one of my husband's colleagues. Not long into our first meeting it was obvious that David loves what he does. He is a great people person and communicates with an ease and confidence that makes everyone involved comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable about the finest selling and buying aspects of real estate and construction (he designed an addition and new kitchen for us and even found the contractor). He passes his knowledge along to his clients in a gentle, educational and non-condescending manner which makes them (us) more astute sellers and buyers. We became a team! The sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one went as smooth as silk thanks to David's attention to detail and follow-through! We have dealt with a couple of the large real estate companies here in Rochester in our past purchases and sales but have never met a Broker or agent who can match David's abilities and professionalism. We have referred David to six of our friends in the past year and each of them have echoed our feelings about him to a tee! If you are going to need a realtor in the future, well, I guess you know who I would recommend. - J. M.

Cons: Absolutely none. Erases the negative stereo-type of the "in it for the money" realtor.
