Dave's Installation

We had an okay experience with Dave's Installation. He was hard to get ahold of and pretty vague whenever we asked him questions. There were no timelines put into place or anything. I was pretty unhappy that he and his crew smoked everywhere outside of my home since it came right inside when their job was to replace my windows. I also saw one of the workers throw a can into my bushes. However, their workmanship was good and they did a good job replacing two of my windows. So the crew wasn't the most courteous but did the job efficiently. more

This was my first time using Dave's Installation. I found them on the internet when I looked up handymen in the area. Dave is a member of the BBB and has never had any customer complaints filed. There was a leak coming from my roof, so Dave's Installation installed 30 feet of spouting across my roof and some down spouts. The guys that came were pumped, business oriented, and they didn't leave a big mess. They were prompt, their work ethic was good, and they got right to work. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks after the spouting installation. Unfortunately, our roof started leaking again after a big rain. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I called some other guys to look at it. The problem was there was a metal screen left in the down spout that was getting clogged. The metal screen was meant to sift out debris, and would have been a good thing had we been a ranch house, or not had a tree so close to the house that shed a lot of leaves. Aside from the oversight, me experience with Dave's installation was great. They explained the process, and it coincided with a lot of the research I did. It was a good experience overall, and I don't have any regrets calling them. I would use them again. more

My experience with Dave's Installation's has been very professional and helpful. These folks are willing to work with home owners and renters alike and are very efficient in their service. I have always had a kind and courteous experience, along with promptness that showed their professionalism. We have used their service twice, once with the siding on our house and a second time in the bathroom, both times were done great. I highly recommend them to anybody else in the area in need of home assistance and installation. more

Dave has done a couple of things for us. He installed our windows and that was great. The only complaint I had was about the window itself. He put me in contact with the maker and it was resolved. He also built an enclosure attached to the back of my house for the cats and it turned out real nice. He did exactly what I wanted and my cats love it. more

Dave's Installation exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with their service. All of the old rock debris that I had on my patio was getting in bad shape and they hauled all of it away to install new composite flooring. The installation was very well done. The flooring is holding up very nicely. The workers who came were very timely, personable, and attentive. Overall, they did a fine job. The price was very reasonable for all of the work involved. I'll definitely be calling them again. more

Dave's Installation has proved themselves to be very reliable time and time again. The workers are excellent, timely, and professional. They've done about four jobs around my house very well. They installed my deck cover, repaired my roof from hail damage, and some various other things inside my home. They're very reasonably priced for the quality service that I receive. All in all, the folks at Dave's Installation are very honest, personable, and never try to upsell me. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Dave's Installation is doing a remodel on my mother's home. She's elderly and has Alzheimer's so we needed modifications done on the house. He's fixed her roof and a put a new one on mine. He's also very proactive. He just called recently about the next job he's doing. He's remodeling my mother's bathroom in her bedroom and we made this arrangement long ago to get it done after the 1st of the year but he called and said he was ready now to start the next day. He came to me rather than me having to come to him so he keeps you in the loop. more
