Davenport, Deborah, Md - Three Village Womens Health

I have been going to Dr Davenport for 6 years and she is wonderful. I am sad to see people say that the front desk is not catering to their every need i have to say that they are just being ridiculous. If you leave any practice or need medical records from most places there is a charge for the records if you want them sent to you. If you want them faxes to the new dr. they are free. It is your responsibility as an adult to know what your insurance is and if there are issues then you have a cell phone call and fix it from the office. I know the type when i get to the office and I am patiently waiting you are the one that pulls up and then i am sure that you were talking in a nice tone to see how you could straighten the situation out. LOL you were the person that the minute they said there was an issue were being load and yelling at the people at the front desk - who probably have nothing to do with billing making a scene because you are that important. Get over yourself - thank you for leaving because i will not have to see you in the office. more

Dr. Davenport is really smart, approachable and earthy. I tried to get an appointment with her years ago (when she was with UH Stony Brook) No Could Do. Her own practice makes her accessible. Highly recommended. more

0 Stars - I'm so dissappointed with this practice. I've been going to them since before my first child was born in 2003 (over 7 years). It has changed for the worse. Dealing with the front office gate keepers is a nightmare. My appointments are rescheduled numerous times and when I finally get in, I'm told they had an issue when they ran my insurance card. They knew this the day before my appointment but didn't feel my time was important enough to notify me so I drive all the way there, only to be told I can't be seen until my insurance in straightened out (after already waiting 45 minutes). My only options were: call insurance from there and straigten it out or reschule and work it out from home. If they had told me this the day before, when they knew, I could have already called insurance and worked it out before showing up for my appointment. Why is their time more valuable than mine? Why did I have to waste 1 1/2 hours of my day when all they had to do was give me a call the day before? Needless to say, I will not be going back to Three Village Women's Health and I'm calling everybody I know and telling them the same. Oh, BTW - when I said I wouldn't be coming back and asked for my records I was told I would be billed $.75 for each page of my file. No thanks, you can keep it. more

I see Dr Davenport and love her. This Dr is one of the most caring, smart, down to earth Dr's I know. Any problem I've had has been handled with concern. The last comment regarding being comfortable with her is so accurate. I work at a local medical center and many nurse's and doctors go to this practice. That's say's alot to me.As for the staff the last two times I have gone ot spoken on then phone with someone I had been treated well no rudeness. mybe they read these things and do something about problems which would be great. I highly recommend this practice. more

The staff that make the appointments are very unfriendly.first i saw dr Soviero that didnt look like she was interested at all on my problem.then i saw Dr Davenport she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly.because the unfriendly staff that make the appointments i m considering dropping their practice . I have been a patient of Three Village Women's Health for 3 years. They were highly recommended to me by a friend. I have had two babies under their care and have nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Soviero has been wonderful, friendly, caring at each of my visits and when your pregnant there are many. As well as every other doctor and staff member. I would highly recommend them. more

This place is not good. Doctors are not friendly and not responsible. I was having Gesational diebetics and they misplace my report. After a month when I went for my regular checkup my doctor told me that I have high sugar level. Staff is also not very friendly. Cons: irresponsible doctors, mismanagement and greedy place more
