Great customer service 9/8/2007

This salon was a great find! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the stylists were all very friendly. I'll definitly go back again. My hair cut was just what I had wanted and I have received more compliments on my hair than any other hair cut I've had in the past. I highly recommend it! Pros: Ambience and service more

This salon was a great find! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the stylists were all very friendly. I'll definitly go back again. Highly Recommended 9/7/2007

I decided it was time for a change from the hair color I had all my life to something cute and fun. The owner, Dathan, did my color and cut and was very good about talking to me thoroughlyabout what I wanted for my new color. While he was doing my hair he was professional while engaging me in fun, relaxed conversation. I was very impressed with his knowledge on cutting curly hair and actualy giving it a little shape! The end result was beautiful, I love my new color. I really enjoyed my expierence at thissalon. I reccomend it to someone looking for a high quality, up-scale location with great customer service and an enviroment which makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZED! 8/31/2007

I can not say enough good things about Dathan and his stylists. I first went to Dathan Hunter to get my hair extensions about 2 months ago, and Jules did a phenomenal job! It's hard to explain exactly what you're looking for in a hair style, but she got it! I have since been back to have my hair colored and cut, and after going to many local salons I can honestly say that this is the BEST job anyone has ever done. I left feeling beautiful AND satisfied! And that's what it is about, right? The wait time to get in is a bit long but the receptionist is wonderful and was able to get me right in when another client had canceled. Highly recommended! more

I went to Dathan Hunter for the first time about a month ago to get my hair extentions with Jules, who was wonderful. I get compliments on my hair where ever I go! Since than I have been back twice, once to see Laura who did a wonderful job with my highlights, and again to see Holly who gave me the best hair cut I've ever had. I had a wonderful experience at Dathan Hunter, and everyone made me feel so comfortable. I will never go to another salon. I would recomend this salon to anyone. Pros: Reasonably priced! more

An excellent experience 12/19/2005

If you are looking for real expertise, talent and skill you should go to this salon. My cut and color are amazing - and I am very, very picky. Holly was my stylist, and she did a fabulous job on a horrible cut I had recieved at another high end Portland salon. I am new to the area and always find it difficult to find someone I trust to do my hair, but I can't say enough good things about Dathan Hunter. I will be a loyal customer. more

wow...i have never got this many compliments on my hair!! every stylist there does great work! i have been there twice but with different stylist and it looked awesome both times .. thank you all on the dathan hunter design team! Pros: stylists well trained Cons: parking a little hard more
