They promised to adhere to industry standards. They moved part of my HHG in the back of an employee's pickup truck.\r

In an hour move, $30,000 worth of items that were in the home at the start of the move did not show at the destination. \r

They did not arrive at the location. (Keep in mind an hour move.) I found them in a median in the road - even though the driver lived in the same vicinity and had a cell phone.\r

They refused to pay the claim - stated no inventory. However, their policy is to not create an inventory for an intrastate move.\r

Run away from this business.
