I took my car in for an oil change and it seems to be find. The 'ridiculous' piece was they put that stupid "get your oil changed in 3,000 miles" sticker on my car even though I used synthetic oil in my car and the manufacturer recommends a change every 15k miles. more

I cant believe these bad reviews the family and the crew at this store would never let any problem with a customer go away unsatisfied.I have had many repairs done there and everything they have repaired have been repaired correctly.I believe that something about these reviews does not add up the customer must have misunderstood or was just plain unreasonable. more

I went to this business and got the business. I am a single mother with little extra money. I needed new tires and working in Farmington, this business was close by. I took my car in on my lunch and spoke with Cary (the man behind the counter). I wanted to make certain that they would take the brand new tire off my passenger front and use it for my spare. This was a BRAND NEW TIRE. It had maybe 500 miles on it. When my car was ready for pick-up, I had a coworker drop me off to pick my car up. Since I was still working, I didn't check everything they did. Do you check when you get your oil changed to make sure they have used new oil, or that they have actually put in a NEW air filter? This business needs to be checked. They gave me one of my old tires (had 40,000+ miles on them) for my spare. I didn't check this, I assumed that Cary saw to my request. Two weeks later I decided to clean my car. I opened my trunk to put the mats back in and discovered that I had this old tire for a spare. more
