Worst

It used to be easy to get an oil change when Cary was there. Now I have to call and schedule an appointment days in advance. They used to get $ thousands in repairs off of me. ...

Overpriced 8/4/2013

Darrell's Firestone wanted $460 for a repair that I had done elsewhere for $245. The manager there told me that the part cost $350 when I was able to locate the part myself for $150 at Motown Auto. Ripoff! I won't be back more

Darrell was able to get my car in and out in one day. My wife dropped it off at 8:00am and it was ready by 4:00pm. Fair price, fantastic service. more

Great Service! 4/19/2013

Everytime I come into Darrell's Firestone I have a great experience. They fix my car up fast and effectively on every visit. Usually I feel that auto shops try to take advantage of their customers, but not at Darrell's. They treat you like family there, and are very personable with every customer. I will continue using Darrell's Firestone for all if my car needs. more
