BEWARE these guys are scam artists. took my chainsaw in and it wasnt ready for 3 weeks. You have to call them to remind them to fix what you brought in. Got the chainsaw back....paid $45 bucks for a ""carborator adjustment and a new plug"" LOL got it home and it wouldnt even start. Took it back on a monday. The following monday no call .. so i stop in and it was like the remembered it was sitting in a corner. Then they said theyd get on it. A week later on a Monday... same thing. \r They had just sat it in a corner and forgot about it. Said theyd check it out and I should stop in the next day. Asked to just have my money and my saw back and they assaultingly said ""i aint get no money back ... you can take your fucking saw sir back you aint getting your money back. I said id be back with the police and they said they had them on speed dial. The then proceded to tell me they were going to throw my chain saw in the road. VERY VERY POOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS. How many people to do they this to.??????????/ Stay far away from them. more

I recently used Darold's Small Engine repair shop work on my lawn tractor, they were referred to me by a friend. I was extremely happy with their customer service, their price and the fact that they could pick up and drop off my tractor, which at first was the selling point. They worked quickly and made sure the job was complete....I will recommend them to others...and definitely use their services again....Thanks, Judy Franklin-Leslie, MI more

Extremely Bad Business People 5/3/2008

F minus! I took our push lawn mower into these people for repairs (it would not start). When I called they told me they could look at it and give me some idea while I waited. When I got there they said it would have to be left for a day or two. When I called seven days later they still hadn't gotten to it. After twelve days they called and said it was done. Done??? Isn't it a law in Michigan that I have to be given an estimate before any work over $20 is done? The answer is ""yes it is"". When I brought that up they said they could put it back the way it was if I didn't like it. So, here I was, stuck with $70 worth of work on a $150 (eight years ago) lawn mower! more
