Awesome customer Service. Lisa helped me troubleshoot fixing my dryer yesterday and today. I'm extremely grateful for her time, knowledge, patience, and professional courtesy. Because of Lisa my dryer is now fixed, and working like a charm and it only cost me $40.00 bucks and that was for two fuses that I absolutely needed. Thank you Lisa! more

Have done business with Dan's for many years. Have always had good service and good information. Fridge electronic board died last night; Repairman Ben was here in one hour, and had the thing fixed. Cost was about what it would have been to replace the food! more

My Maytag electric range stopped heating. Ben, the service man, came out before 7:30 AM to accommodate my work schedule. It was fixed and I was off to work by 8:30 AM. Having to take off the day to wait around would have cost me a lot on my next check. more

I've used Dan's Appliance services for several years. The repairmen are always friendly and helpful. If they don't have the part you need, they will find it for you and they even offer advice on how to solve issues with your appliances that may not require a service call. I'd recommend them for any repair or service needs you may have. more

Needed a part for repairing our dishwasher. They had it in stock but the stocked part was missing one of its' parts. The counter guy was able to find used parts that would work. Problem was he sold the basically unsaleable replacement assembly to me at full price. I was able to get the washer running but it would seem they value the dollar more than the service. When it comes time to replace the frig I will not be looking here. more

Buyer beware. I unfortunately had a very bad experience with Dan Maytag in Sandy. My wife called the store for a dryer repair. The tech Dale was unfriendly and charged my wife $200 for replacing an igniter which took him a total of 25 minutes to diagnose and fix. When I returned home, I looked up the part on the internet and it was $19.95 to buy the exact same part. This means that we were charged $180 for 25 minutes of labor. When I called the manager Doug to express my concern for what I discovered he was rude and not one bit understanding or sympathetic. He committed to following up with me after discussing the matter with Dan the Maytag man but never did. I followed up with him two more times with him committing further that he would get back to me and never did. The next thing I find is that they sent me to collections. This is not a place of business who has the customer first on their mind and not a place of business who is honest with their customers. more
