I had a great experience here. I visited these guys during a charity even where they were giving away free car washes with a donation. After that I became a regular user of the Danny's near my house. It has always been a good experience and I recommend this place to all my friends. more

I RECENTLY WENT TO DANNY'S CAR WASH ON 87TH AVE. & UNION HILLS. I LEFT MY CAR TO GET DETAILED AT 10:45 A.M. AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE TWO HOURS MAX, WHEN I RETURNED THEY WERE NOWHERE NEAR DONE WHICH WAS @ 3:00 P.M. WE WERE TOLD TO COME BACK IN AN HOUR WHEN WE RETURNED THEY STILL WERE NOT DONE. I HAD TO GO OVER ENTIRE CAR WITH THEM AND POINT OUT EVERYTHING WRONG WITH IT. WHEN WE OPENED THE HOOD TO SEE IF THEY CLEANED THE ENGINE AS PROMISED, IT HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED. THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB FOR THE $200.00 WE PAID THOSE THEIVES. WHEN I RETURNED HOME I WENT THRU MY BELONGINGS AND FOUND TWO GIFT CARDS WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY COUNSEL. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANY DANNY'S IN THE VALLEY. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE THEIVES AND HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAVE A BUSINESS IN GLENDALE AZ. AND I WILL TELL EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED AND WHAT A HORRILBE JOB THEY DID. more

After taking my truck to the snow I needed to get it washed. Because it was a holiday the car wash I always go to was closed, I stopped at this one on my way home from the mall. I took everything out of my truck that I didn't want stolen. I just got a nice billet antenna 1 week earlier for Christmas and was thinking that I should take it off so they don't steal it. I just let it go and was going to make sure that it was there as I left. Because I have had bad experiences with car washes before I stood at the door way and watched them drive it to the car wash. Between them driving it in and the actual start of the car wash there is a wall so you can't see what?s happening. I then watched it start going thru the wash and the antenna was gone. This is normal. They will take it off and put it in the car. I paid and waited for my truck to be done. As soon as they said my truck was done I looked it over and noticed...the antenna was gone. They started looking all over for it. They then asked if it had one when I came in!! I told them I just got it for Christmas and yes it had one. After about 5 minutes of looking in the back where they wash it turned up. So of course my first thought is they were trying to steal it because every other car, they unscrew it and immediately put it on the dash of the car. As they are trying to put it back on my truck there is a problem. They broke off the antenna! So I filled out a claim and am currently waiting for the replacement. The manager said he was going to have to order the wiring from the dealership and was going to try to get the metal piece out of the main antenna! I would have been okay with everything had they been honest up front! Tell me you broke it and be up front with me, don?t let it go to see if I notice, and I would have been totally cool about it! They put all those signs up about they are not responsible for your belongings because they don?t even trust their own employees! Pretty Sad!!! Pros: Hmmmm....NONE! Cons: Dishonest, cheats more
