I had a terrible experience with Dannin. They failed to fix anything we requested. We had a large whole in our ceiling just about all winter and there was loud clanking noise that would keep me up at night from the water pipes. Lastly they took my entire security deposit of $1237.50. They claimed that I had caused damages of $1500 to their stone flooring when moving in. It was a few knicks and scratches that could easily be buffed out. Stay away from them, you will pay top dollar for a terrible service. more

Don't do it 8/15/2011

Please reconsider choosing another mangagement company to work with. Let's go down the list, shall we? Their customer service is awful. Their ability to solve problems? Awful. Expecting a call? They'll never call you back. I am surprised they are still in business. Save yourself a huge headache and don't deal with them. Bottom line...there are BETTER options out there. Best of luck! more

A company who cares 3/30/2011

Most of my experience has been with Steve Dannin. He has been managing a property project for me for the past year. There truly could not be a more involved, helpful, efficient or honest person than Steve. Steve is at my property nearly daily supervising and organizing the entire project. This is a multi-step project requiring pulling together numerous people with varying roles and getting them to work together in the most cost effective, productive and safe way. The results speak for themselves...perfection! I can't imagine anyone could say a negative thing about Steve or his company. more

Fantastic Company!! 2/22/2011

I couldnt disagree with the above review anymore. Dannin mgmt has managed my buidling for years and has been nothing but proffessional. The entire staff is a delight to work with on a daily basis. I have experienced a handful of property mgmt companies in my day and I promise you will not find one that provides better service then Dannin Mgmt. more
