My two college age daughters were stranded on I40 at 10:00pm in the evening with a flat tire. I called this towing service for help in changing the tire. They took 15 minutes to go a couple of miles to get to the car. The mechanic and the owner of the business (riding with the mechanic) were rude to me on the phone and were rude to the girls when they arrived. They did not have the proper equipment to get the tire off, so they left the girls stranded to go back to the shop, only to return another 20 minutes later and once again did not have what they needed. They left the two girls for a second time, alone in the dark along a major interstate. At this time, I called the shop and talked to the cashier, who is the only person I talked to with any hint of customer service. I explained I was very concerned for my daughters and she called the truck. When she called me back, she said the owner wanted to know if I wanted someone else to do the job or if he should finish it. How rude is that! I told her if I knew of anyone else who could help, I would call them, but since I don't live in the area, they would need to finish the job. I also suggested they try to learn some customer service skills. The job finally got done, but only after three trips to the job site. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Pros: finally finished the job
Cons: huge lack of customer service skills and 3 trips to the job site
