Office worker ""Karen"" is horrible!! I called to ask questions about a charge that should not be on my mothers bill ($178 charge for an injection that was not administered when he cut her toenail). She insisted that it was per doctors' notes. I said that my mom was afraid of shots and it would have been a big day if this were given. She said there was no need to be nasty. NO NEED TO BE NASTY?? I wasn't. I was calm. Not yelling, not swearing, not happy certainly but calm. Extremely condescendingly, she then stated that there is a document that my mother signed, saying what was done at the office and to feel free to come and get it. I said that I wasn't ""nasty"" and quite frankly she should not talk to a patient like this. That she probably doesn't care but that's how customers are lost. Then she said ""NOPE, NOT REALLY!"" She doesn't care that how she talks effects the loss of customers??!!! If you do go here, READ ALL DOCUMENTATION OR YOU COULD GET CHARGED WITH SERVICES THAT WERE NOT PERFORMED AND THEN YOU GET TO DEAL WITH THE DELIGHTFUL PERSON NAMED KAREN.
