Beware. Dislike this place. Wish I never purchased here. They make promises they can't keep. I'm waiting now in the store for flares that should have been fine 6 hrs ago. Really they promised then last week. Oh and the product you buy is nonrefundable. more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Some crazy lady named christina pretends to be an optician when she is not even licensed!! And blames everybody for her stupidity. Bottom line i came in with to fill my prescription and switched the eyes! They put my right eye prescription into the left eye... Crazy!! ANd then they even told to to try it for a week first! Crazy!! DO NOT BUY YOUR EYE GLASSES more

I have been purchasing all my eye wear and having my eye exams here for over 20 years. Danny, the owner, always has a smile on his face and is super smart and helpful. The staff and lab work is EXCELLENT! I never have to wait. The eye doctor is the BEST! I have been buying glasses and having eye exams for over 20 years here and I LOVE the service, I LOVE the choices of eye wear ~ super up to date, I LOVE the staff and I LOVE the doctors. I would not go anywhere else but here. My friends and family also all go to Just Looking Eyewear. No one else has the choices they do, the best prices and the BEST personal service out there. The prices are too good to be true and you get what you pay for. He will beat any other optician in price and possibly sell you an inferior lens product in the process and you will get treated to the most sloppy substandard lab work one can imagine on your frames. I made multiple trips and simply gave up after they allegedly reordered lenses and standard items to mount the lenses they falsely claimed were not in stock. This is a place for a no-nothing tourist to get hosed not a resident of south florida. The quality of the on premises lab is atrocious and the opticians if they have licenses working in the lab are incompetent. Buy the frames and negotiate you best price on the frames only and then head straight out the door to some other optician for the lab work or send your frames out of town if necessary and wait with another optician. Do not let them do any mounting of lenses or any lab work on your frame purchase. Buyer beware. more

After reading this review; if you go to Just Lookin you are a fool. This establishment has, by far, the worst service ever. Upon entering the business you will be greated by an arrogant man named Danny. He pretends to be suave but he is nothing more than a self absorbed Miamian that is slick on the surface but offers no real substance and when it comes to standing behind his product he does nothing of the sort. He is disorganized and his staff is even worse. Carrey the ex cab driver from Aruba pretends to help Danny with his every day business but all he really does is chit chat about how great Aruba is and how important he is there instead of assisting paying clients with their needs. Don't even get me started about the two girls he has working there, Sloan and Rebecca, lets just say I would rather be assisted by a piece of sand. All in all Danny should shut down his store and run a con operation. He would do just and well and then people could see who he truly is. An arragont, self centered, con artist and nothing more. Cons: EVERYTHING more

Be very careful is you go to this place to get an eye exam. I made an appointment to get an eye exam and the doctor failed to diclosed that he is only able to conduct an eye exam and not able to sell/offer/order my glasses according myinsurance contract. His office is set up and located inside this optical store to make it appear as if he is a full service provider. He knowinlgy allowed me to come in for my eye exam knowing he could not offer any glasses. He is a liar, thief and heading down to bankruptcy for being a liar and a cheat. He only cares about himself and doesn't care if you need glasses to see. I don't recomend this place and if you go , be careful. Cons: The doctor on site is a liar more
