When you are in there he seems more concerned with cutting his employees off to sell life insurance than letting you get your questions answered. Also undercuts his employees when he isn't always right ( I called and asked another agent about the coverage and what he said was incorrect). That could be a big concern with my coverage but instead of finding the correct answer he wants you to take out a life insurance policy. Who says that is going to be correct? Nothing else was.
