Dance Time Entertainment

We used Dance Time Entertainment for two separate parties for our son's Bar Mitzvah. Sandi and Nelson teamed up for the family/friend day party. The music was perfect and got everyone, kids and adults, out on the dance floor. Nelson knew what to play and when to play it. Sandi knew exactly what to do to keep the crowd involved without being too loud or imposing. She had just the right level of enthusiasm and our guests were complimenting her during the party and for days after. Our night party was a kids only party and Godfrey was our MC. He was high energy and extremely talented. He worked hard and really took the time to figure out how to keep the party going. We were very happy with how Dance Time worked with us to create the perfect day for such a special occasion. more

I recently used Dancetime Entertainment for my daughter's bat-mitzvah. Sandi and her crew were amazing at the party. The kids were kept entertained, the adults enjoyed the dancing too, the party flowed seamlessly and everyone truly had a great time. We used their photo booth as well which was a big hit. more

I met Sandi at a Bar Mitzvah Expo and I knew she was ""the one"" who could make the perfect party for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. She is smart, sharp, sensitive and fun! She understood exactly what we wanted and what we didnt want. She created an ""art theme"" event for my artist-type daughter that was the hit of our party. Everyone told me that they loved seeing the kids having the best time - and the adults had a blast as well. Her music team was spot-on and her dancer, Lindsay, was adorable and totally engaging for the kids. She provided the ""must-have"" green screen photo op and we all loved it. If I had more kids I would book Sandi and her crew again! more

Sandi and the Dance Time team were the MC, DJ and Photo Booth at the Girl Scouts Father Daughter Sweetheart Dance. They did a phenomenal job, the girls and the dads had a blast!!. Sandi made the planning so simple and her suggestion of the photo booth was the best. It was a big hit and the pictures were ready instantly!! It was an easy event to run with Sandi and Dance Time! We will book them again next year more

DanceTime entertainment sent John Nelson to DJ our son's 13th birthday party. As all 46 attendees arrived John set a great atmosphere for the kids with music that fit the age group. Throughout the night the kids enjoyed requesting music and dancing, talking, and hanging out. John was personable, professional, on-time, and on-vibe with the group. We would definitely recommend him and this group everytime! more

Nelson (DJ), Austin (Emcee) and Carlos (Dancer), were outstanding. They struck a great balance between being responsive to the kids and representing the diversity of musical tastes, of all our guests. The were consummate professionals. They drove the action and the energy of the party. The most amazing thing was that they had a plan for the tone and type of music prior to the party, but they were so receptive to the vibe of the crowd and adapted as necessary. I have been at many parties where DJs come in with a preset ""script"" and they don't vary from that. I believe the attention to detail, adaptability and professionalism of the team at Dance Time sets them apart from the rest. Outstanding experience! more

I threw a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband with an 80's theme. Dance Time sent Nelson, the DJ. As all of my guests can attest, he was awesome. He took his time to set up and get it right; he ""got"" the crowd and knew instinctively how to get the most people on the dance floor; he was unflappable (even when someone disconnected something and he had to fix it). My exchanges with Jamie Villarie in the Dance Time office were great, too--he was helpful, prompt and calming. Overall, my experience with Dance TIme was wonderful! more

Sandi and the Dance Time crew were the MC, DJ and dancers at my daughter's bat mitzvah in November, 2012 at the Norwalk Maritime Aquarium. They did a phenomenal job - - the kids loved it....great dancers, fun and professional. Sandi really helped us with any decisions regarding the party that we had trouble with. She was always so calm and helpful. My daughter really loved working with her. The best thing I can say is that I just booked them again for my son's party in 2013!!!!
