Run far away! The teenagers that are teaching these classes are completely rude and unprofessional! We will never be back!

I love going to dance class. The teachers can do dance moves very well, so you get the idea of how to preform it. The students are very kind, especially on the competition team. The competition team parents are not mean, but rather accepting. Other students will like you only if you do not act bratty/your mom doesn't think you are the best dancer (even if you are. Nobody likes a bragger.) I love the staff, for they make dance class enjoyable. Come check out our studio one day. You do have to pay to attend class ($15), but watching is free. Laura Monk is gone and has never came back, so all is well. more

There is nothing special about this studio. Please understand. This owner is horrible!! All the rumors are true!!! When you own a buisness you should have professional courtesy and keep your comments to a minimum. Trust me she goes on forever. Really really nasty...... That is why I pulled my daughter out last year!!! Now I am at a studio that I love!! Why did I not do this years ago??? I am writing this now because I am happy at my new studio and I do not want other people to get stuck there. Pros: non Cons: Owner is money obsessed, absolutely unprofessional more

Im not sure when a dance studio became a babysitting service? I have been a dancer for 13 years and also a teacher and now a mother of 3. I have put my children in dance at other studios and never thouhgt that I would get babysitting. PLEASE!!! Get real! if you are thinking that you are going to get babysitting out of dance class then do us all the favor and dont put your child in dance it just shows that you arent very serious or dedicated!! I would walk out of class if the students werent giving me the time of day either. The only review you should be writing is an apology for being so SNOTTY!!!! Pros: new ownership more

Don't waste your time, money and child's self esteem 8/22/2009

This studio has been taken over by a woman who has no business sense or even the personality to deal with children and parents. The teachers are unhappy, (those who haven't found new jobs), the teachers Monk has hired are not worth the tuition. One teacher ""walked out"" of class on a group of 11 year olds because she said ""they didn't care about me"". Bottom line, don't waste your money here. This is not a good place for children. Being at this place left such a bad impression for me to ever try another studio but there was hope at the end of the tunnel, I found another place that would treat my children with respect and never leave them unattended. The teachers here are always late and the owner is so concerned about herself that she forgets that her first priority is the children and not herself. Cons: Your child will never be watched!!! more
