A great experience that turned sour. I started with The Dance Company before it was The Dance Company Arts Conservatory in mid 2011. It was advertised as a family friendly studio....

reat teachers, but worse owner ever, poor customer service. She says she cares about the kids and that they come 1st, but with her actions, she is always making kids upset and she even makes some of them cry. She will take your payment and then next month say you havent paid. She will prob tell her friends to leave good feedback to cover this one up, but I will keep checking and repost. more

The Dance Company is a great place to be. As you can see by most of the reviews. We love the owner Dana and all the instructors. They expect much from the dancers and because they do, it has helped our daughter excell at her God given tallent. The environment is one of a family with the girls and boys helping each other along the way. \r \r If you are looking for a great dance studio look no further. more

I am a parent of two children that attend classes at The Dance Company. Both my children love their teachers and the other students at the studio. I am a little bothered by comments that this is no place to have fun and that the competition team does not perform well. My children seem to always have fun in class and have learned so much in their different areas of dance. As for the competition team, I have attended some of the events and have seen top awards issued to the team. There was a 2nd over all at Jump, a 7th over all at Dance Showcase, a 4th over all at Dance Showcase and many other awards handed out to the team over the years. If you are looking for a great place to dance that will push your up and coming dancer then this is the place to be. If you are looking for a place for your child to make new friends and have some fun then The Dance Company is the place to be. more

Up and Coming Studio 6/5/2009

My child has been dancing for just over two years now. The teachers and the staff here at the dance company have been wonderful. The owner of the studio has been wonderful during the transition of the studio manager quitting. She has gone the extra mile to see that everyone is taken care of and feel welcome. I would recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a place for their child to dance. The atmosphere here is very warming and the children are loved tremendously. more

We finally found a home! 2/20/2008

I have moved my girls three times in four years looking for a quality dance studio. I won't say where we have been but they are the more popular studios in the area. We experienced favoritism, poor instruction, teachers talking about inapropriate things and even screaming at the children. Finally we have found a place with great instructors that are friendly. The other parents are very helpful and the kids get along great. The facility is the best I've seen here. If you are tired of paying for bad instruction and bad attitudes...go to The Dance Company...we love it! Pros: Great location, great teachers, great everything! Cons: All our friends aren't here..yet! more

A GREAT Place! 2/19/2008

I've been dancing at the Dance Company for over a year now and couldn't be happier. The teachers have such strong backgrounds in dance and really bring so much to the classes. I have learned a LOT from them! It's a great environment! I would highly recommend it! more

Top Quality! 2/18/2008

We have been at The Dance Company since they opened their doors and couldn't be happier! My daughters have made better friends here than any of the studios we've been to in the past. The Dance Company maintains a positive environment for the students and visitors. The quality of instruction is amazing! Mrs. Megan is such a fabulous ballet instructor and individual. She has such a passion for dance and for her students. Mrs. Jennifer is on the cutting edge of current trends. She is teaching the kids some amazing choreography. Mr. Mike runs the office like a pro and doubles as "studio security". He makes sure that anyone coming in the front door has a legitimate reason for being there. I feel completely at ease when I leave my girls in the care of the staff at The Dance Company. If you're looking for a new "dance home" you need to check them out. It has become a home away from home for my daughters and I know you'll love it, too! more

The best place ever! 12/17/2007

I have bee dancing at the dance company for over a year now, my first time doing ballet. I have fell in love with mr. mike and mrs. megan which is my ballet instructor and she is so sweet and patient. She's a great instructor also, she's amazing and makes me feel comfortable. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, I feel like it could be my second home. I recommend anyone to join at the dance company. more

We love to dance here! 9/25/2007

I started my daughter at The Dance Company last year and we have both loved every minute of it! I have made friends with other mom?s and my daughter has made friends in class. Mrs. Megan is incredible to watch and I am thankful my daughter has had such a great experience here. Dana did a wonderful thing by opening this studio. Thank you Mike and the other staff too! The first recital was outstanding last year and we look forward to the growth and expansion of the studio and are happy to be apart of it. The only way we?re leaving is if they open a second studio further south! more
