This guy sucks! He will find every way to screw you over for everything he can get. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. He seems to target women and minorities because he thinks we don’t know our rights as tenants. There was instances where I would contact him about tenant issues and he would threaten me with legal actions while yelling. I’ve never had to deal with someone who’s completely disrespectful for no reason. He pinched my security deposit for every dime he can get. He had entered my apartment without notice. So many erratic behaviors. I really hope he finds some happiness in his life, because he’s a miserable excuse of a man. more

Stay far away from this "realtor" and I use the term loosely. Disgrace to the profession and treat tenants, current and potential tenants like dirt. Obviously an unhappy person trying to make it in real estate and failing miserably. Horrible, disgraceful, unapologetic scumbag. more

This guy treats people like garbage and just a rotten human being. From what I can see he apparently specializes in being a slumlord, foreclosure listings and appraisals. I think one reason might be just to cover up his own ignorance about real estate and home buying. His incoherent tirades were not even directed at me, but this is the second time over 15 years I have come across him. I can't even think of another time I was so blown away by someone's ignorant and unfounded treatment toward another person other than the last time I had saw him. I think other people who come across him should know it isn't anything they might have done he just treats people like garbage to cover up his own ignorance. It must be the reason he apparently specializes in foreclosure listings and being a slum lord and maybe he does target women and minorities and will go out of his way to try to unleash his unfounded tirades. more
