I have been using Dalworth for years and always get excellent results. Their employees are professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Worst

Average - carpet still has several stains in the den - could have used more focus. The person that came seemed rushed and wanted to leave - I think he was starving.

Good at cleaning vent, bad at customer care 8/16/2011

Service was quick and seems to have been effective. However, we had to be rescheduled because tech missed first appointment. In addition , tech did not remove the dryer vent duct properly which caused it to break. Furthermore, the tech didn't notify me of the duct damage, I found it out after they left and I tried to use the dryer. RESPONSE FROM Dalworth Clean: "We contacted the customer and provided satisfactory compensation for the initial problems that we had. The customer was pleased with this resolution." more

John and Matt were very professional and provided excellent service. The carpet is clean and renewed. You are very expensive as your price is double that of other companies. It is too soon to tell whether Dalworth is worth twice the price. So far the carpet looks great. more

This was our 15th move and I can say that this is the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. From the moment they entered, John and Matt were not only professional but caring about my concerns. Our carpet is over five years old and has seen a lot of traffic but the carpet now looks as good as when we moved in. Can you tell me where I can buy a carpet rake? rose mckinney more
