They worked with me to get the tires I needed and were right for my car. They were quick and very nice to work with. I highly recommend their service.

Fast , friendly service 9/17/2013

Called at 1030 AM and asked about tires for my truck, although they didn't have the tires I wanted in house they ordered them and had them installed by 3 PM that same day. Fantastic service, no waiting around for hours, after I arrived the whole process took approx. 45 minutes. more

Sevice with a personal touch 9/13/2013

I have a fleet of F150 pick ups that we relay on Dallas tire for all the service. They often make simple repairs that others would have charged for and state that no charge is due. Never have a problem with service. Mathis Sheffield, Sheffield Roofing & Construction. more

Sometimes, the customer is caught in the middle 9/11/2013

I bought tires through "Tirebuyer.com" and had them delivered to Dallas Tire, with a written confirmation the price was to be $93. Upon arrival, I was told the price was going to be $100, then twenty minutes later that the price was going to be $128. It was apparent that tirebuyer.com and Dallas Tire had a disagreement, but the fact that the customer (me), who's car is being held hostage, is left paying the higher price and forced to go back to tirebuyer.com is rediculas. Tirebuyer.com has since credited me the difference, but the fact I had do this left a bad taste in my mouth. I probably won't go back there again. more

Fast, Affordable Service 9/10/2013

Came in to get a tire fixed and decided to add on an oil change. Still made it in and out in 1/2 an hour. Can't beat their prices on tires and service either. more

excellent service, honest people 9/10/2013

Would not go no where else even if their prices where higher, but they are always lower or the same as the chain tire stores . Good Christian faith businesses are hard to find now a days. You will receive excellent service and product from them and I have never had a problem, but if I did I feel confident it will be resolved in a timely manner. more

Always honest and reliable 9/6/2013

I have went to have my oil change before somewhere in Hiram and they tried to scare me about my tires. I got them from here. They always rotate every 5k miles. So I went after the oil change and asked for the rotate to see what they would say in regards to my question of "How much longer for the tires"? Nothing scary to push me to buy tires.. just that they checked over them and they have about 5k more miles. Then they gave a good price for a battery with long life compared to others. I've gone here for 9 plus years. I don't want to go anywhere else. more
