They worked with me to get the tires I needed and were right for my car. They were quick and very nice to work with. I highly recommend their service.

overall I give them a good rating. I came in and got new tires it was a pleasant experience but it turns out the toe in was off on the vehicle and it went unnoticed therefore I had to bring the car back and pay the addtional $68. I know the line is not part of the new tire package but it would have been nice if one of the mechanics had noticed the problem before hand. I may have been able to save $68. more

This is a terrific local business. Alan and his team always provide honest and excellent service. Their work is always impeccable as well. They won't charge you for works that's not needed. They value their customer's more than making the extra buck. Stay away from the big tire stores because, this is a great local business that deserves your patronage! more

Consistent 12/10/2013

After 12 years of using Dallas Tire I have no complaints. They are always affordable, honest, fair, and timely. We had new Michelins put on the car and an alignment...45 minutes from the time we walked in to when we pulled out of the parking lot. more

You guys are the best. You don't try to get people to spend money on something that is not needed. You might be a bit higher than other places, but you provide the best service, little wait time for what needs to be done and a thank you and smile when all is done. Thanks! more
