I texted pictures of two dents to Joe and he was very pleasant and up front on the phone. Within 30 minutes he was at my location and 15 minutes later had my door dinged camaro lo...

Joe is professional and efficient. It was my first encounter and he did not accept reedit card for payment. He was trusting and said to just mail him a check for service rendered. I was very impressed with the end result and will recommend him in a heartbeat. more

Joe is awesome and so is his work! He got me in the very next day (I called in the afternoon) and he fixed both ""dings/creases"" on my Jaguar while I waited. He took the time to explain exactly what I should expect and to look around the car to make sure we weren't missing anything. He even did some extra work to help with another issue he saw at no charge! Heads up though he is now @ 11809 Quincy Ln, Dallas, TX 75230. I think I will be seeing him again pretty soon to have another of my vehicles taken care of! more

I am so grateful to have met up Joe today and to have him worked on my almost brand new BMW which had a couple of dings. It is really comforting to see him work on repair and with his 15 years of experience, I knew my car was in good hands. \r \r I cannot believe my eyes when he told me my car is as good as new. I will certainly recommend Joe to anyone who are in need to get rid of any dings on their beloved vehicles. more

Called Joe yesterday evening and he asked me to text him a picture of the dent. I sent the pictures and followed up with him 20 minutes later. He said that he was too busy to look at the pictures at the moment but would call me back within minutes, and insisted that I wouldn't be waiting long. I never received a call/text back. IMO, bad business, and what would make me think he can fix a dent, if he can't even follow up with a customer?! Seemed like a good guy, guess I was fooled. more

I searched for a reliable, professional service to remove a door crease somebody left in my car door and couldn't locate anyone who would even answer their telephone. Joe (the owner) answered and immediately set a time to see me at my home and he arrived exactly on time! He has first class equipment, very clean and extremely talented in his craft. No one can tell there was ever a dent in my door. He charged $125 for a pretty nasty crease that took some effort to repair. I will definitely use Joe and PDR again (but I hope I do not need to!). more

Recently got a new BMW X5 and got a door ding the size of a quarter, I called Dent wizard 7 times and they did not return my phone call. I was nervous going to a third party But Joe Definately knew what he was doing, he was absolutely reasonably priced and got the Dent/blemish 100% out of my SUV. I highly recommend him more

Read about Joe on CitySearch and decided to give him a try. No other PDR specialist in the DFW area has a rating as high as he does, and it's easy to see why. He was very polite and professional, and did excellent work on my 10 year old BMW. Not to mention that his prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough. more

PDR Expert in Dallas, Highly Recommended! 5/15/2012

I recently had a quarter size dent on my Lexus positioned at the lower part of my passenger side door. This dent was close to the fender which required special skills to remove. I also had numerous dents and creases on my Infiniti, which I expected PDR removal would be impossible. Joe has came to my residence and within a hour both of my vehicles were repaired and looked fantastic. Joe definitely knows what he is doing, and is the best in the business. His quality of work and professionalism is superb. I highly recommend Joe for any PDR repairs as I will continue to be a loyal customer. more

Great repair on a tough job! 5/3/2012

I had a golf ball-sized dent on the very edge of my door. There were quite a few ""big"" PDR companies that turned down my request to fix it considering it was on the edge of the panel. Joe didn't hesitate to fix it but was honest not to expect the work to be ""perfect."" He did an EXCELLENT job!! I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work (as he should). Make sure to bring a check book or cash; he will not take debit or credit cards. -David more

Great Service and Price! 4/15/2012

Besides the fact that he was literally 1/2 the cost of my other PDR quotes, he was on time, professional and did great work in the time frame he also quoted me. Took time to explain everything he was going to do.. didn't mind me watching him work as he removed 5 horrible door dings, 4 of which were on a body line.. Would recommend his service to anyone and will use him for any future door dings or dents. -Garrett more

Joe showed up at my house in 2 hours, fixed about 20 dings and small dents in less then 2 hours and charged me a very fair price! I highly recommend this pro for your small auto body repair. Beats going to the body shop any day. more

Did an amazing job 12/13/2011

Found Joe through a Google search and this is the first page I found. After reading all these reviews I called him up. He came to my work the next day and got to work. 30-45 minutes later he was done and there wasn't a mark left on the car. The price was right too. I was very impressed! I'll be recommending him to anyone who needs paintless repair. more

Dallas PDR is High Quality 10/4/2011

Joe at Dallas PDR turned a bad day into a good day. I bought a brand new car on a Wednesday and while washing it the following Saturday noticed a ding right behind the passenger door. I am a car care fanatic, and was crushed. I called Joe, he arrived in 30 minutes at my house, and a few minutes later the ding was gone--totally gone, no evidence that there was ever a problem. Joe is honest and professional. He does all the work himself, and with all his experience, he is excellent. This is a small one-person/craftsman business, not an order-taking mill where you don't know who you will get, if they are any good, and when they are able to squeeze you into their schedule. more

BEST PDR IN THE BIZ!!! 6/28/2011

Joe is the man! His pride in doing things right show up very clearly in his work. Fast, and great work. I was refered to Joe and have no regrets. I will be refering him to all my friends. I had a fey dent that were bugging me and after just a short while and some great conversation. my car looks brand new. I will be using dallas pdr from now on. Thanks! Jeff more
