I have been going to Tracey for at least 8 years. I first went to her for a perm. I was a little leery because every perm I had before had fried my hair, but my hair is really long and without a perm it was taking too long to style. I explained the problem and she said that previous perms had probably been left on too long because red hair curls really fast. That perm and all the following ones have always been perfect! Tracey is the only person I go to for hair cuts now. She takes the time to make sure she understands what I want, and then she gives it to me, every time. Her cuts are extremely precise and she alway manages to smooth out my cowlicks. My wife has begun seeing her as well. Tracey has been my hair stylist for over 15 years. I would be terrified if I had to put my hair in anyone else's hands. I remember my first appt....she said ""okay let's talk about your hair and what you want""...she still does that on each and every visit. If your appt. is slotted for an hour...she gives you that full hour (even if other clients are waiting). She's not happy unless you're happy!
