refuses to give pain medication when patients are in pain, unless patients has surgery 12/4/2013

Made an appt to primary care provider after fell off front porch and twisted ankle it was swollen, bruised and extremely painful to walk on and even at rest would throb out of control. When doctor looked at it did recognize it was extremely bruised and looks like it hurt....then informed me to keep taking ibuprofen and alternate with Tylenol which I was already doing but was not working. Later it was explained to me they do not prescribe pain medication unless you are a surgery patient. I am still in excruciating pain using crutches...this was the worst care I have received plus I am private pay so I definitely did not get my monies worth..... I even have to use the crutches I already have!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! more

Caring Doctors Who Treat You With Respect 11/25/2009

At Dallas Family Medicine in Dallas, Oregon you can expect to be treated with respect. All of the doctors are very nice, and they treat you to the best of their ability. Doctors Edwardson,Chaffee, and Lavato are all very well educated and remember you by name and case. I have been going to them since I was a child and I will continue to go there as long as I can. I feel as though I'm in good hands when I am in their office. more
