Snobby staff and over priced services 11/19/2008

I came to this store to see about appraising estate jewelry. The cost is ridiculous and the staff seemed to be less that pleased about helping me on this particular day. They have some nice jewelry but honestly I prefer customer service to be outstanding if I am going to drop some serious $ on any purchase. There are better local jewelers like Max's. Head there you won't be disappointed. more

Dalin's the man! 8/24/2005

I had my President's Rolex cleaned here, and man is there a big difference with the cleaning! I am glad a friend of mine recommended me here. The watch cleaning itself only set me back about $25 - very reasonably priced. I can not be happier with my 20 year old watch that looks almost brand new! more
